Virtual Planner Instructions

Step 1:  Input the names of all people (adults and children) in the "Name" space provided and classify each by clicking the "male", "female", "boy" or "girl" icon below it.

Step 2:  Once you have a complete list of your party, click and drag each person to his or her designated room.  Remember that you can see only one floor at a time and you may need to click on the "Upstairs" or "Downstairs" button to see more rooms.  You may drag multiple people into the same room.  Couples should be treated as individuals and just put in the same room.

Step 3:  If you have more people than the bedrooms will accommodate, call the reservations line and request "overflow" space which can be provided in the following rooms:

• Media Room bunkbed sleeps 2, also there is a Trundle pull out under Bunkbed 
• Sofa Bed in living room on 2nd Level
• Sofa Bed in game room on 1st Level
• Air Mattress in game room (max of 3)

The total number of sleeping guests in the bedrooms at the Reunion House is 22, broken down as follows:

• Bedroom 1 - 2 people
• Bedroom 2 - 5 people
• Bedroom 3 - 5 people
• Bedroom 4 - 2 people
• Bedroom 5 - 2 people
• Bedroom 6 - 5 people
• Bedroom 7 - 2 people
• Bedroom 8 - 2 people
